Shipping Information       

Baby king and queen  ships via Fedex, UPS, USPS and uses various freight carriers for our shipping needs. Please note that we ship Monday through Friday, excluding following holidays:

New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day 

  • Home Delivery - Most orders shipped UPS Ground will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days from the shipping date (depending on the destination).  Additionally, certain oversized items cannot be shipped to these addresses. Large furniture items (i.e. cribs) may require a freight carrier for delivery and may not be available to all locations or to P.O. Boxes.  
  • Canada - All shipments to Canada will be shipped via UPS Standard Ground Service any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.


Order Turnaround Time

We always strive to ship orders in a timely manner. Typically, most orders will be shipped within 24 hours to 72 hours of placing your order, during weekdays and excluding holidays.

Shipping Delays

We always try our best to make sure your order gets where it's going in a reasonable amount of time. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, damaged items, delivery error and  shipping schedules. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will always do our best to help you as best we can. Contact us with any concerns or problems. Please see Order Turnaround Time for information regarding delays due to out of stock.


Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.:

Returns Policy

babykingandqueen guarantees that you will be satisfied with the product you buy from us. Any unused items in original condition with the original packaging may be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt.

We cannot accept used merchandise for return or exchange.. Under no circumstances can we accept returns of the following items: breast pads, breast pumps and breast milk storage bags.

If problem arises with item after being used, please contact manufacturer by following instructions in your warranty packet.

special order items and items shipped by manufacturers  ( Example: Glider Rockers, Ottomans, Cribs...) will have a 30% restocking fee deducted from the total credit amount.

You need a Return Authorization number in order for you to return the item, please E-mail us at Babykingnqueen@aol.com and include following information: 

  • Your name, address and phone number
  • Original order number
  • Original order Date
  • Reason for return

Please keep in mind that only the amount of your purchase, and not any applicable shipping charges, will be refunded.  We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns, so for your protection, please prepay and insure all returns and send them to:

Please include your R.A. number on the carton label, please do not write on carton itself.

  • C.O.D.'s and items returned without R.A. number  will not be accepted.

  • Refunds will be issued within 1-3 weeks from the date we receive the product back.

  • Absolutely no used items or items without original packaging will be accepted for returns.

 Furniture Damages:

If your shipment contains damaged or missing part, a replacement of  the damaged or missing part only will be shipped out to you by the manufacturer at no additional cost to you. please allow reasonable amount of time to get parts.
